About the Show:
Matilda the Musical tells the story of a brilliant little girl with big dreams, a sharp wit, and a touch of magic. Despite being mistreated by her cruel parents and the terrifying headmistress Miss Trunchbull, Matilda discovers her strength, courage, and the power of friendship with her kind-hearted teacher, Miss Honey.
Recommended for ages 6 and up, this show includes some dark themes like bullying and neglect, along with moments that may be intense for younger children. But at its heart, Matilda is an inspiring tale of overcoming adversity and standing up for what’s right.
Show Length: Approximately 2 ½ hours with intermission.
